Legacy Administration Services, L.L.C. ("Legacy") was founded in 1997 by attorneys Brian A. Eagle and Sidney Eagle.

Like many professionals, Brian and Sidney were concerned about providing their clients with total client care. After carefully constructing a tax or estate plan for their clients, Brian and Sidney wanted to be sure that the plan was carried out in accordance with the client's desires.  Part of this assurance comes from working with financial professionals to select correct investments; however, the accounting piece was often left undone.  Thus, Legacy was established to handle the accounting and administrative work necessary to complete a client's estate plan.

Providing efficient administration for tax and estate plans is part of Legacy's mission; we have developed a unique process for handling the issues that arise in these areas.  Our personal service is another key to our success.  Inquiries from you and your clients are answered on a timely basis - usually that same day.  Legacy also recognizes that each client's plan is unique and deserves special attention.  Our fees are competitive and many times lower than other firms providing the same services.
